Do you ever feel that no one really understands what you are going through? Within this community you can have discussions with others that do know what you are going through. One of the best ways to cope is to talk about how you feel and discuss possible treatments with those that are in the same situation that you are. Feel free share what is on your mind. Start a discussion by clicking the “start a discussion” button on the right side of the screen. Or join in on a discussion by clicking on the reply button below the original discussion message and add your own thoughts to an ongoing discussion. This is a safe place for you to share your feelings and ask questions to those that may have been through what you are currently going through. Or to give advice to those that may go through it. Help yourself and others by joining in.

Hi everyone I'm glad to see a site just for RA, some of you may see me on other sites, you all are my only contact with the outside world. Anyway, I've have RA for 5yrs or so along with other aliments, but just recently I have started moving, not exersising per say, but getting up out of bed, doing errands, like food shopping, housework stuff like that & my joints were screaming for days & I wanted to stop but I keep hearing & reading to exersise will eventually make you feel better & I am not hurting as much today even after going out today I didn't feel like I wanted a spinal block to stop the pain, I was a little tired & achy but I didn't need to lay down or take extra pain meds so I guess there's something to this moving thing so I'm going to keep it up, I'm determined to get on the floor & play with my granddaughter. Joining Weight W. this week as well, might as well take advantage of feeling good, right? Ok I've rattled on long enough. So Peace to everyone have a good evening, I'm going for a walk!
