Chick Pea Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 Can chick peas, drained & rinsed

  • 4 tsp olive oil

  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped

  • 1/2 cup red pepper, chopped

  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped

  • 2 tbsp black olives, chopped

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • 2-3 tbsp vinegar (any type)

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients into bowl.

  2. Let sit in fridge while prepping dinner OR

  3. if this IS the meal, fridge for 30-60 mins

  4. (depending on how hungry you are)
